Mtakes and errors are the dciplined true which we advance in life。 Mtakes are great teachers。 Success es to those who are willing to rk making mtakes in the pursuit of their goals and aspirations， and who are able to learn from those mtakes。 And in order to learn from mtakes you must be willing to pay for them。
Mtakes can be enormously valuable， but when you try to get others to pay for your mtakes， then you deprive yourself of the opportunity to learn from them。 When something goes wrong， it's usually very easy to find someone else to blame， but what does that really acplh?
Much of the value of mtakes es from the fact that they demand a cost that must be paid。 The person who learns the most from a mtake the person who pays the price for that mtake。
When you make a mtake， the lastthing you want to do run away from it。 You need to accept it because you can learn a lot from it。 The mtake has been made， so make the most of it。 Pay the price， learn the lesson， and grow that much stronger。
When you make a mtake， don't look back at it long。 Remember the reason for it， and then look forward。 Mtakes are lessons of wdom。 The past cannot be changed。 The present still in your power。 Take full advantage of your mtakes to achieve your goals and aspirations。

It well that young men should begin at the beginning and occupy the most subordinate positions。 Many of the leading businessmen of Pittsburgh had a serious responsibility thrust upon them at the very threshold of their career。 They were introduced to the broom， and spent the first hours of their business lives sweeping out the office。 I notice we have janitors and janitresses now in offices， and our young men unfortunately ms that salutary branch of business education。 But if by chance the professional sweeper absent any morning， the boy who has the genius of the future partner in him will not hesitate to try h hand at the broom。 The other day a fond fashionable mother in Michigan asked a young man whether he had ever seen a lady sweep in a room so grandly as her Prcilla。 He said no， he never had ，and the mother was gratified beyond measure， but then said he ，after a pause， “What I should like to see her do sweep out a room” It does not hurt the newest er to sweep out the office if necessary. I was one of those sweepers myself。
Assuming that you have all obtained employment and are fairly started， my advice to you “aim high”。 I would not give a fig for the young man who does not already see himself the partner or the head of an important firm。 Do not rest content for a moment in your thoughts as head clerk， or foreman， or general manager in any concern， no matter how extensive。 Say to yourself ，“My place at the top。” Be king in your dreams。
And here the prime condition of success， the great secret: concentrate your energy， thought， and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged。 Having begun in one line， resolve to fight it out on that line， to lead in it， adopt every improvement， have the best machinery， and know the most about it。
The concerns which fail are those which have scattered their capital， which means that they have scattered their brains also。 They have investments in th， or that， or the other， here there， and everywhere。 “Don't put all your eggs in one basket。” all wrong。 I tell you to “put all your eggs in one basket， and then watch that basket。” Look round you and take notice， men who do that not often fail。 It easy to watch and carry the one basket。 It trying to carry too many baskets，which break most eggs in th country。 He who carries three baskets must put one on h head， which apt to tumble and trip him up。 One fault of the American businessman lack of concentration。
To summarize what I have said: aim for the highest; never enter a bar room; do not touch liquor， or if at all only at meals; never speculate; never indorse beyond your surplus cash fund; make the firm's interest yours; break orders always to save owners; concentrate; put all your eggs in one basket， and watch that basket; expenditure always within revenue; lastly， be not impatient， for as Emerson says， “no one can cheat you out of ultimate success but yourselves。”

It's important to believe in yourself.Believe that you can do it under any circumstances,because if you believe you can,then you really will.The belief keeps you searching for answers,which means that pretty soon you will get them.
Confidence is more than an attitude. It comes from knowing exactly where you are going and exactly how you are going to get there. It comes from acting with integrity and confidence.It comes from a strong sense of purpose.It comes from a strong commitment to take responsibility,rather than just letting life happen.
One way to develop self-confidence is to do the thing you fear and to get a record of successful experiences behind you.
Confidence is compassionate and understanding.It is not arrogant. Arrogance is born out of fear and insecurity,while confidence comes from strength and integrity.
Confidence is not just believing you can do it. Confidence is knowing you can do it.Know that you are capable of accomplishing anything you want,and live your life with confidence.
Anything can be achieved through focused,determined effort and self-confidence.If your life is not what you want it to be,you have the power to change it,and you must make the changes on a moment by moment basis. Live your priorities. Live with your goals and your plan of action. Live each moment with your priorities in mind. Act with your own purpose,and you will have the life you want.
