good afternoon ，ladies and gentlemen!
i”m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! to begin with ,i want to ask a question .does everybody dream a good dream last night? actually ,today i want to talk about dream with you. of course, what i want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream-- about life.
everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. with the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.with the dream, there is hope,with hope, we have the strength to fight.
but i know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .
young!fortunately, i am young now. just due to it, i know that nothing is impossible.i firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. if
i can't realize my dream,it result from that i haven't work harder enough and i won't find other excuses. if no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. if you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"my breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." at some time in the past i also had am bitious words and i had some achievements. each achievement results from my hard work. i always believe that "if you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."
in some extent, the dream is the hope. if you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.
hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. so my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. let's--- move ----out!

From my point of view,diligence is of great significance in one’s life and career.The story of Hua LuoGeng is a case in point.Hua luogeng is due to the diligence, to become a famous mathematician.Hua luogeng in jintan county, home is very poor in childhood, dropping out of school at home, very early to help his father miscellaneous shop for a living, but he never give up the pursuit of mathematics. At eight o 'clock every night, go home after good accounts, to study their favorite mathematics, often study late into the night. In this way, day after day, year after year's efforts, hua luogeng finally got a chance to, when in tsinghua university math department assistant, he is very cherish the hard-won learning opportunities, he like a duck to water, swam in the sea of mathematics every day, give yourself only five or six hours of sleep time, it is really hard to believe. Hua luogeng even developed after lights out, also can the habit of reading. He, of course, there is no specific function, is just a kind of logical thinking activity of the mind. Under the lamp, he took a book and look at the topic to think for a moment, and turning in bed, close the meditation, start, to solve the problem in your mind run into difficulties, then turn off the bed, open the book for a while. Every day of your life, it is important to take the time to “smell the roses” — to appreciate the experiences that lead to happiness. This is part of being truly happy.
Happiness is a state of mind. It starts with accepting where you are, knowing where you are going and planning to enjoy every moment along the way. You know how to be happy, and feel that you have enough time or money or love or whatever you need to achieve your goals. And just feeling that you have enough of everything means that you do indeed have enough.
You have to choose to be happy, and focus upon being happy, in order to be happy. If you instead focus upon knowing that you will be happy if you achieve something, you will never be happy, as you have not learned to “smell the roses”. The irony is that when you are happy, you are inevitably more productive, and far more likely to achieve what everything-seekers are seeking.
在你生活中的每一天，花些时间“闻闻身边的玫瑰”是十分重要的 —— 停下脚步，品味那些带给你幸福的经历。这是真正快乐的一部分。
幸福是一种思考状态。当你开始接受自己现在的生活状态，知晓你将来如何发展，并已做好准备享受这过程中的每个瞬间时，幸福便已悄悄来到你身边。你知道如何才能幸福，并感到自己拥有充裕的时间和金钱，足够的爱，和其他任何能够帮助你达成目标的东西。当你感到自己已拥有一切，这才是真正的知足。
如果你想幸福，就必须去选择它。你需要专注于幸福这件事本身，以使幸福降临。但如果你总是想着，你若能完成某件事就会变得很幸福，那么你将永远无法得到幸福，因为你没有学会“闻闻身边的玫瑰”。而讽刺的是，当你感到幸福美满，你将不可避免地更加富有成就，并更有可能比那些“执着于得到一切的人”拥有更多。

How often do you hear people say “I will be happy when …”such as “When I get that thing, I will be happy,” “I will be happy when I pass the exam” and “I would be happy if I had more money”. I have heard these things before and I am sure that I will hear them again.
Many people want to believe that finding happiness is all about finding or getting something that they want. However, not many people have ever found long-term happiness by achieving a goal. There will always be another thing that they want. There will always be another exam or another dollar.
To break this vicious cycle, we must find our happiness somewhere else —within ourselves. In other words, happiness is completely an inside job. The key to finding happiness is to understand that happiness is a choice rather than the result of an experience. We have been given everything
We need to be happy. Allow yourself to choose happiness. If life was perfect, would you be happy? Life is perfect because we create it with our choices. Since we can create life, we can create happiness and choose how much better our lives can get!
Only when we can accept that life is perfect as it is, and that our lives are the sum total of everything that has happened up to this moment, can we accept the joy and the happiness we deserve.
“等我得到那个东西就会开心”,”等我通过那次考试就会开心”,”等我有更多的钱就会开心”,诸如此类的”等……的时候就会开心”话,你听过不少次吧?我听过这样话,而且相信以后还会听到。
许多人都相信,找到幸福就等于找到或得到他们的心仪之物。然而,很多人并没有在目标实现之后就获得长久的幸福。这是因为人们总想要得到更多的东西,总还要走入考场,总还要赚更多的钱。
为了打破这种恶性循环,我们必须在其他地方找到幸福——那就是在我们的内心世界里。换句话说,幸福是心灵的产物。得到幸福的关键就在于要懂得幸福是一种选择,而不是经历的结果。
我们已经拥有获得幸福所需要的一切。去选择自己的幸福吧!倘若生活是完美的,你会觉得幸福吗?人生之所以完美就因为它是我们通过选择创造出来的。既然我们能创造生活,我们就能创造幸福,并选择更美好的人生!
我们只有在接受生活原本就很完美,并且生活就是此刻所经历之事的全部之时,我们才能得到我们应得的那份喜悦与幸福。

To conquer our fears, we must go past them.
To fear is natural; to go past them is heroic. Fear is a normal part of life, symbolizing that there are new, extraordinary things to come across and face. To be able to see these things before they happen is a sign of wisdom. Fear is nothing out of the ordinary. To admit that we are fearing is to prove that we value our life.
And men should pay attention to the call of fears. To truly be a leader or someone who is heroic and brave, we should focus on getting past these fears. And it is frightful for people to go through life ignoring fears, because they may often forget their heart and step into life without responsibility.
To be born is to live. To live is to fear. To fear is to be challenged. To accept our fears is to be mature. It needs bravery, maturity and vitality to face our fears, accept the challenges and hope for the best.
若想克服恐惧,我们就必须要敢于正视它们。
恐惧是一件很自然的事,但克服恐惧却是一种英勇的行为。恐惧是日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,它意味着我们要去面对和处理层出不穷的、意想不到的事情。能够预知将要发生的事情是一种智慧。恐惧并不是什么稀奇事儿,而且承认恐惧是证明我们珍视生命的有力证据。
人人都应该对恐惧的到来有先见之明。要想成为真正的佼佼者或者英勇之人,我们就必须集中精力去正视恐惧。那些在生活中忽视恐惧的人是非常可怕的,因为他们不仅常常违背自己的心意,而且在缺少责任心中苟且偷生。
生者为生,生来为惧,惧为应站,迎惧者谙事理。要想正视恐惧、接受挑战、憧憬美好未来,那就要具备大无畏的勇气、成熟的心智与顽强的生命力。
