I have a good friend, her name is Li Hua. We met each other when I came to middle school. We are not in the same class, but we join the basketball club, as we have the same interest, we become good friends soon. Li Hua knows me well, I like to talk to her, because she is a good listener. When I complain, she will listen to what I say and then console me. Every time when I talk to her, I feel much better and forget about my annoyance. A good listen works so much, Li Hua is like the angel and brings me the sunshine.
我有一个好朋友,她的名字叫李华。当我上中学的时候我们就认识了。我们不在同一个班,但是我们加入篮球俱乐部,因为我们有着相同的兴趣,很快成为好朋友。李华非常了解我,我喜欢跟她说话,因为她是一个好的聆听者。当我抱怨时,她会听我说,然后安慰我。每次我跟她说话时,我感觉好多了,忘记我的烦恼。一个好的聆听者很有用,李华就像天使,给我带来了阳光。

Since I go to school, the teachers gave us the class in the classroom, it seemed that sitting in the chair and looking at the blackboard are the only way to receive the knowledge. But my new Chinese teacher has showed me another way to learn knowledge. Last week, my Chinese teacher had asked us to write an article about protecting the environment, when she asked us how much we knew about the pollution, we shaked our heads. Then she told us to have the class in the reading room, we could some reading there and searched the information. It was so excited for us to do it, we like this special class and it is very helpful.
自从我上学起,老师就在课堂上给我们上课,似乎坐在椅子上，看着黑板是获得知识的唯一途径。但是我的新语文老师给我展示了另一种方式去学习知识。上周,我的语文老师要求我们写一篇关于保护环境的文章,当她问我们我们对污染了解多少,我们摇了摇头。然后她告诉我们在阅览室上课,我们可以阅读和搜索信息。我们很兴奋,喜欢这种特别的课程，有助于我们学习。

The golden week is coming, it is a good chance for people to travel and take relax from their work. Most people choose to visit the hot tourist sites, like the Great Wall. But the problem comes, some tourists act very impolitely, they get used to make some marks on the tourist sites, so as to prove that they have visited here. It is a rude way to do it, everybody has the duty to protect these historical relics. If people leave some marks on these precious architectures, then the sites will be valueless and lose its meaning. It has been advocated to travel politely for a long time and we need to follow the rules. 黄金周的到来,是一个很好的机会让人们去旅游和从工作中放松。大多数人选择参观热门旅游景点,如长城。但是问题来了,一些游客的行为很不礼貌,他们习惯在一些旅游景点上做些标记,以证明他们曾经来过这里。这是一种粗鲁的方式,每个人都有义务保护这些历史文物。如果人们在这些珍贵的建筑物上留下一些痕迹,那么这些地址就会变得没有价值,失去了它的意义。礼貌出行一直在提倡,我们需要遵守规则。

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me, making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

Many foreigners have already started to learn Chinese, they want to do business with Chinese people and seek for cooperation. Though Chinese is our mother tongue, we still need to master it well, or we will be kicked out. 如今,对于中国学生来说, 英语是必要的学习语言,大多数家长特别重视英语教育,他们认为英语可以帮助他们的孩子比别人有优势。毫无疑问,英语是非常重要的,而中文却被忽略。实际上,中文是世界上最多人讲的语言。由于中国经济的发展如此之快,全世界都在关注着中国。许多外国人已经开始学习中文,他们想和中国人做生意,寻求合作。虽然汉语是我们的母语,我们仍然需要掌握它,不然我们就会被淘汰。
