dep是抑郁症的意思，(dep : depressed 抑郁的,阻抑的,压低的)。考虑是抑郁症的诊断可能性大，应注意保持心情舒畅，避免有心理压力。
抑郁症的诊断
抑郁症的诊断主要应根据病史、临床症状、病程及体格检查和实验室检查，典型病例诊断一般不困难。目前国际上通用的诊断标准有ICD-10和DSM-IV。国内主要采用ICD-10，是指首次发作的抑郁症和复发的抑郁症，不包括双相抑郁。患者通常具有心境低落、兴趣和愉快感丧失、精力不济或疲劳感等典型症状。其他常见的症状是：
①集中注意和注意的能力降低;
②自我评价降低;
③自罪观念和无价值感(即使在轻度发作中也有);
④认为前途暗淡悲观;
⑤自伤或自杀的观念或行为;
⑥睡眠障碍;
⑦食欲下降。病程持续至少2周。
