　　1.财富是通过个人努力而来的，他们应该有权自由支配自己的财产。

　　2.捐不捐钱应该尊重个人意愿。并不应该强加给他们任何社会义务。

　　3.强制性捐款可能反而产生负面影响。部分接受捐款的人们会认为这是理所当然的。反而会更加依赖社会救助，而不会有动力努力生活，自食其力。
