　　作文要点点拨

　　concerning 关于，论及，就…而言：

　　the help and everything else you have been offering to us

　　你一直向我们提供的帮助及其它事情。

　　proposals 提议，建议

　　in advance 预先，提前

　　建议信写作建议

　　首先，要表达你一直关注着某件事情，这件事情给你带来了那些好处，同时针对不足，你想给出一些建议。 (这样第一段基本上就完成了)

　　然后，针对具体的问题，给出具体的建议，一般是给出二到三建议就行了。(这里真的只能是具体问题具体分析，没有看到作文主题，老师也无能为力，提前帮你弄好。只能靠自己了，加油。)
