常用英语口语对话：讨论医疗保险

　　Hello, my dear friends! How are you doing today? Today, I drafted two short conversations about medical insurance.

　　A:Hey Lily, it is getting cold, take care.

　　天气冷了，注意身体。

　　B: Thanks, Lucy. I am considering to take a flu injection. I have a lot of friends in the hospital because of flu.

　　谢谢，我正在考虑打流感疫苗，最近很多人因为流感去医院了。

　　A: It is a good idea. I took it last week. It should be free if your medical insurance covers it. Did you buy the school medical insurance?

　　不错啊，我上周已经打了。如果你的保险包括一项，就是免费的。你买了学校保险吗?

　　B: Yes, I bought the school medical insurance. Actually, some of my friends suggested me to buy the medical insurance by myself, because school medical insurance is very expensive. But I was too lazy to check other insurance types.

　　买了。事实上有的朋友建议自己买，学校保险好贵!但是我太懒于自己查别的。

　　A: I bought the medical insurance with my family, so I am not sure whether yours and mine are the same. You better to call the insurance company to check the coverage of your insurance.

　　我跟家人一起买的，不知道咱们的一样不一样，你最好打电话给保险公司查一下。

　　B: All right, thanks.

　　好的，谢谢。

　　C: Good morning, ABC Medical Insurance, how can I help you?

　　早上好，ABC医疗保险公司，有什么能帮助您?

　　B: Hey, this is Lily Smith. I am a student in DEF university, and I bought the school medical insurance. I would like to take a flu injection next week, so I am wondering to check whether it is covered by my medical insurance.

　　你好，我是DEF大学的学生，我买了学校的医疗保险，我想下周去打流感疫苗，所以想查一下我的保险是不是包括这一项。

　　C: Ok, May I have of your date of birth?

　　好的，您的生日是?

　　B: Sure, May 1st, 1995.

　　95年5月1日

　　C: Your medical insurance is valid right now. The flu injection is covered by your medical insurance. Bring your insurance card with you to the hospital.

　　保险有效，包括这一项。去医院的时候带上保险卡

　　B: So, it is free, right?

　　免费的对吧?

　　C: Yes, you are right.

　　是的。

　　B: Thank you very much. Have a nice day.

　　谢谢!祝您今天愉快。

　　C: You too. Bye!
