　　表示赞同某事或表示对某人、某事有利，后接介词to:

　　The market has so changed as to be favourable to the sellers. 市场变为对买方有利。

　　如果表示对某种行为有利一般接介词for：

　　The time is not favourable for the disposal of the goods. 现在不是卖货的有利时机。
