2019高考复习指导-英语作文
众所周知，英语作文在高考英语中占了25分，而作为英语考试中唯一一道主观题，如果能在一些细节方面做好，在原本的基础上再提升至少5分还是比较容易的。小编在此献上英语作文写作技巧，希望对你有所帮助。
在能力范围内，尽量使用一些看起来比较高级的词汇
举个例子，当我们想在作文中使用“非常”这个词的时候，十个考生中至少有九个会用“very”这个词。当然，这个词本身并没有什么问题，但是，根据你文章中语境的不同，你可以用“extraordinary”来代替“very”。如果是表示歉意，可以说“awfully sorry”;如果表示感谢，可以用“Thanks a million“或”thanks a lot”，而不是干巴巴的“thank you very much”.
就这样简单的一个变动，你的文章就和其他人的区别开了，自然也就能得到阅卷老师的好感。
类似的还有用“significant”代替“important”;用“as a consequence”代替“as a result”;用“therefore”代替“so”, 如：“I got up early”，“therefore I was late”等等.
多用实词，少用虚词
写文章还是应该尽量写一些实际的东西，不要全是空话套话。这就要求一定要多用实词，少用虚词。
在这里所说的虚词是指那些比较大的词，例如我们说“很好”的时候，不应该只说“nice”这样空洞的词，而是使用一些诸如“generous”，“humorous”，“interesting”，“smart”，“gentle”之类各位具体和形象的词。这样，你的水平就能显得比其他人高出一截!
善用连接词把短句改长句
如果只是希望把作文从10分拉到15分，那么我们还是建议不要使用太多的长句。因为在水平不足的情况下，长句容易出错，反而会拉低你的分数。但是当你想将作文分数拉到优秀这一档，那么就不能让自己的文章中通篇都是各种只有几个单词的短句了。
但是，如果在作文中使用一些相对复杂的从句，出错的几率比较高，所以，我们可以用下面这种方法：
例如一个句子+逗号+however+另一个句子，这里面however是没有实际意义的，就是表转折，但是，这样一做，短句不就成了长句么?
这是最保险的写出长句的方法：用合适的连接词将短句连成长句!
