Changes in the Ownership of Houses
As can be seen from the above graph, there is a dramatic change in the ownership of houses during the period of 1990s. What impressed us most is that the number of private houses, in 2000, was approximately 4 times the size of the state-owned houses, while the number of the state-owned houses was 3 times as large as private ones in 1990,as is shown by the chart.
