Besides, the society has place too much expectation on them. On the other hand, the college students should deal with the criminality with more strategies. In other words, when they meet the criminals in the real life, they can appeal to the authorities like the police for help. Only in this way can they fight effectively and protect themselves in the mean time.

　　一方面，大学生应该把学习当做是四年校园生活中的首要任务。因为他们是生活的主角，时间很宝贵。为了将来光明的未来和事业，他们需要注重发展和提高技能。此外，社会在他们身上寄予了太多的厚望。另一方面，大学生应该用更多策略与罪犯斗争。换句话说，当他们在现实生活中遇到罪犯的时候，他们应该向权威人士，如警察，寻求帮助。只有这样，他们才能够有效地斗争，同时保护自己。

So it's a good way to urge them to pay more attention to practice and improve their spoken English. Secondly, people who can speak English fluently will have a better chance of obtaining a better job. Last, good spoken English will open a wider window to your life. Therefore, such a test is really a necessity.
