B: He is a real aboveboard guy!

straight down the line: 绝对诚实的。
on the level: 诚实的;可靠的;坦率地。
bawl out: 乱哄哄地争吵;大声嚷出。
juggle: 篡改，玩花招。
play with a clean deck: 在玩牌的时候，如果是“clean”的，那意味着它是诚实没有猫腻的。这个短语在口语中用来形容人是正直诚实的或者交易是公平的。
