The winter holiday we are looking forward to is drawing near. The past holidays brought me many wonderful memories. Last year in the winter holiday, my parents and I went back to our hometown where there was a heavy snow. We played and laughed. My father even made a snowman. I felt very happy and now I hope I can have another holiday like this!
This year, things have changed. As a Senior 3 student, I must prepare for the most important exam in my life. I decided to attend some extra classes and review what I have learned. However, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. I also decide to see some movies. In addition, the Spring Festival is coming. I need to go back to my hometown again and visit some of my family members.
Last but not least, I have two New Year's wishes. The first one is that I can have a better grade. The second one is very common but very necessary, that is Happy Every Day!

The winter holiday we are looking forward to is drawing near. The past holidays brought me many wonderful memories. I went back to my hometown along with my parents and spent Spring Festival with my grandparents. It was wonderful. The whole family enjoyed the big dinner on the last evening of 2009. We talked, laughed and my heart was full of warmth. Then we set off fireworks together. They were shiny and beautiful.
I have a plan for this winter holiday. I will return to my grandparents' home to celebrate Spring Festival. Besides, my most important work is preparing for the National College Entrance Examination. I am far from satisfied with my study. I must work harder. As we all know, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. So I will read some interesting books as my recreation. I will also talk to my friends about our life.
My wish is quite simple. Work hard, have fun and be myself.

The winter holiday we are looking forward to is drawing near. The past holidays brought me many wonderful memories. In 2008, the snow in Nanjing was quite heavy, covering the whole world with a white sheet. Seeing the beautiful view, my friends and I went out to play with snow happily. We had a snowball fight, made several snowmen and took many beautiful photos. The experience is so fantastic that I can never forget about it.
This year, it has also snowed. Seeing the view of snow, I want to take some photos as well. Besides, I can chat on-line with my friends. If I had the chance, I would also take part in some social activities within my ability. Last but not least, I would have to make good preparations for the College Entrance Examinations, which to a large degree will determine the future of my life.
In this winter holiday, I hope I can enjoy my holiday time, with good relaxations and preparations for the following exams. Finally, I hope I can make the best of the remaining time and go to my ideal university.
