My View on Job-Hopping(我对“跳槽”现象的看法)
My View on Job-Hopping
A lot of people like to do one job in their lives. They think people who change their jobs frequently are feckless. They believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.
But there are many people who argue for changing their jobs, they argue that change means progress. They think if you are not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Each change means further success.
My view on job-hopping is that it is reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity.
人与自然 Man and Nature
Weoften say that the earth is our homeland and human society comes from nature. Therefore,I think our society is a part of nature. People should live harmoniously withnature. All the materials we need to live with come from nature, but we shouldalso repay the nature, rather than blindly solicit. For example, we shouldplant more trees and take actions to protect the environment. In addition, wehave to control population. Due to excessive population growth, human beingsrequire much more natural resources than before, which lead to excessivepressure on nature. In order to long-term development, the population growthmust be controlled. We all come from nature which is our homeland, so we musttry best to protect it.
The Cause of fire(火灾原因)
The Cause of fire
As we all know, fire is one of the most terrible killers in our modern society. We know that fire is mainly caused by smokers, followed by defective insulations and children playing with matches. In 2002 ,thousands of fire happened all over the country, of which 50 percent was caused by smokers who left cigarette-ends everywhere. Those who smoke should make sure that the cigarettes are stubbed out before being thrown away. Also, smoking should not be allowed in public places. 30 percent of fire was caused by defective insulation. Workers should know the importance of good insulation for people‘s lives. At homes we must pay special attention to electric wires and make sure that they are safe. 20 percent of fire are caused by children playing with matches. We should warn children of the danger of playing with matches.
No matter what type of the reason it was, there was one thing in common:carelessness. So if everyone in the country is careful enough, more fire could be avoided.
