BEC考纲：
译文：不能仅凭题目选项中单词在听力原文中出现来判断答案，这种原词的重现往往是起到干扰作用。
分析：可排除(错误)选项的特点---原词重现(word match)
例题：
注：近几年本题型的选项一般为长词组或句子，短的词组都极少出现，整体难度有所提升。
题目介绍：

Step1 提前扫读一遍选项，快速反应出选项中文意义，如果选项是句子则快速划出关键词：
A. 成为第一个陈述观点的人

F. 做事方式尽可能灵活

Step2 带着选项大意和关键词听第一段录音

注：BEC听力每段录音都放两边，第一遍主要是抓录音大意，排除明显的干扰项。根据此原则一般能至少排除2~3个选项，加上已经选择的选项不予考虑，越往后，可排除的选项当然越多。
Step4 从5个选项中选出正确答案，如果无法直接判断出正确答案，先记下可能的答案选项，在做完后面的题目后再用排除法来判断。
第二遍关键要听出录音的：Topic话题、Context语境、Function功能(如下考纲截图)
此题显然考察的是”话题”. 每段录音对应一个strategy ，也就是管理策略(题目说明：speaker’s strategy is for success in management.)。听懂第一段音频的关键就是把握下面的单词和词组的同义对应:

同义转换：drive sb = motivate sb = motivation = what‘s in it for sb 激励、原动力、动机
