六级及格线是425分吗
六级的分数线都是425分。
全国英语六级改革之后，报道成绩满分为710分，凡考试成绩在220分以上的考生，由国家教育部高教司委托“全国大学英语四六级考试委员会”发给成绩单，不设及格线。
但全国英语四六级规定“英语六级成绩达到425分以上(含425分)者，可以报考英语六级”。一般认为英语六级的及格线是425分。对于招聘企业来说，分数越高自然更受青睐。
四级的通过率在40%左右，六级的通过率在15%左右。但随着教育水平的提高，四六级的难度也在逐年变大，导致考试一年比一年难，通过率也在逐年下降。
建议学生能够在大一、大二就赶紧考过四六级，因为高中的基础还在，复习一下基础还好的人就能轻松通过。但很多人都对此不太重视，考前根本没有认真复习，想碰运气及格。还有同学认为四六级考试一年可以考两次，还有很多机会，这次考不过下次还可以努力。这些都是导致四六级通过率下降的原因。

大学英语六级证书的用途
