I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

The purpose behind this personal statement is to not only gain admission to your well-established and highly respected Ph.D. program， but to impress upon you my passion for learning and my tremendous desire to succeed in both scholastic research and in teaching on the professional level. I have based my decision to pursue an academic career not on purely practical reasons， but rather on my own natural interests and aptitude. My personal philosophy is that money and social status should not be pursued as life-consuming objectives and that in actuality they are the by-products of goals originating from one's inner needs. 法国留学高等教育优势

3、低廉的留学费用
法国公立大学学费由国家全额负担对学生全免学费，专业学习阶段只收100-500欧元左右的注册费。法国教育支出占GDP5.6%，世界第二，仅次于丹麦。
4、宽松的留学政策
申请法国留学，公立大学只需要提供约10万元人民币左右的资金担保，此资金证明在签证期间有效，存期在6个月以上即可。相对于其他的留学国家而言，资金要求比较宽松。
5、法国允许打工，并有多项有利于外国学生的政府政策
每名同学都有权做兼职工作，所有学生均有打工的权利，每周可自由从事带薪工作20小时，也可以把工作时间集中起来，在学校放假期间全职打工。所有拿到硕士或相当于硕士的文凭(工程师文凭、高等商学院文凭等)后，可以获得为期六个月的临时居留证，以寻找或从事与所学专业有关的带薪工作。6个月结束后，如果已被雇用将获得允许在法国居住工作的居留证。
法国留学打工政策解读
想要在法国留学期间打工兼职，就必须严格按照当地的法规制度执行。根据法国相关规定，凡是在当地高等教育机关正式注册、享受大学生社会保险体制但不享受任何奖学金的外国留学生，均有工作权利，但一定要事先申请获得临时工作许可证(APT)，只有这样当你的权益受到了威胁时，就会得到相应的保障。一般学生带着雇佣方的合同，到法国劳工事务处登记，即可获得这个许可证。正常情况下，大约在递交材料3到6周后，即可收到所申请的工卡。此外，法国公司对劳工有非常健全的保障，包括兼职工作人员在工作期间的休息安排、用餐时间等。
1.所需证件
在申请打工之前，需要准备一些相关证件，首先护照是必不可少的，其次就是一年期的“学生”居留证(titre de séjour)和有效学生证 (carte d’étudiant)，还有学生保险资格(即 REGIME DE LA SECURITE SOCIALE DES ETUDIANTS)。另外，一些没有为学生办理社会保险资格的私立学校，尤其是语言学校的学生，不能在学校购买社会保险，只能购买私人学生保险，当然也无权申请打半工。
2.时长限制
在法国，持有学生拘留证明的留学生是允许打半工的，时间为全工的60%，也就是学生打半工每周的打工时间不得超过20小时;如在学校兼课，授课时间则不得多于10小时。总之，学生每年可工作964个小时。在假期时，学生有权打全工，但每年最多只能打3个月的全工。如果在打满全工后，再打半工的时间就要用全年允许工作的时间减去已经工作3个全月的时间，当年内再打半工的时间总合不能超过这个时间。另外，还要注意，如果超时工作而无正当理由的话，可能会影响来年续拘留的办理。
3.工资标准
法国政府对于留学生的月工资方面有着明确的规定，要求不能低于各行业最低工资标准(SMIC)。一般情况下，雇主向打工的学生开出的工资都是毛工资(salaire brut)，去掉20%左右后，才是真正到手的工资。
