一、高一写作要重视造句，但造句尽量使用平时阅读中的词块。尤其是高一学生，一旦使用自己的创造性的语言表达，很容易写出汉式英语。本次成绩优秀的学生都是灵活运用教材课文的原句，这也是本次作文考试的导向吧。
二、造句要牢记：
1、简单化思维：把提纲中高大上的汉语表达简化为小学一年级学生的完整句子。例如：第一个要点，要这样简单化：
我们要一天吃三次饭，并且吃健康的食物。
我们要经常锻炼，来保持能量。
我们要早睡早起，睡眠好。
从本质上说，这样的写作无异于翻译，对于高一学生来说，很多人基本句型还很是生疏，这样的控制性翻译写作是很有必要的。
2、句型、词块要抱团
高一学生有时也搞不懂积累的单词短语意义何在，久而久之，就失去了积累的积极性。我的做法是每次输出前，给学生复习一下最近学了哪些句型：
模块一包含：the+比较级;it句型;there句型;so do …的倒装;which非限制;非谓语; not only…but also…;强调句
一共八个，其实真正写作中，也就是它们的组合使用了。
我简要示范一下我上课的步骤：
片段一：
如何表达：定期锻炼，精力充沛
先写最简单的句子：
We should work out regularly. We can keep energetic.
然后考虑一下逻辑：
We should work out regularly so that we can keep energetic.
然后上句型：
We should make it a habit to work out regularly so that we can keep energetic.
最后拓展一下：
… and get into good shape.
片段二：
如何表达：早睡早起，睡眠充足
先写最简单的句子：
We should sleep early and get up early. We should have a good sleep.
上句型：
It is necessary to sleep early and get up early to have a good sleep.
润色：
It is necessary to sleep early and get up early. As we know, the better we sleep, the better we concentrate.
再拓展(结合书上的，从反向写)
+ As a matter of fact, loss of sleep tends to tire us out.
3、奠定初步的逻辑思维
仔细分析：学会沟通，分享感情。我们可以这样建立逻辑：我们可以通过分享感情的方式来学会沟通。这就是方式状语了。这样就不会是and连接到底了。再如：培养爱好，放松自己。可以这样说：我们培养爱好，以便于可以通过爱好来放松自己。这里面就是一种目的关系。
前面的要点也相同。总之：高一学生要仔细分析自己写作中的逻辑结构，不要全部是and并列。
