　　大家好!今天，我演讲的题目是《文明礼仪伴我行》。

　　什么是文明礼仪呢?

　　文明礼仪就是律己、敬人的一种行为规范;文明礼仪就是表现对他人尊重和理解的过程和手段;文明礼仪就是个人素质、教养的体现，也是个人道德和社会公德的体现，更是城市的脸面，国家的脸面。

　　每当我听到“请到天涯海角来，这里四季春常在。海南岛上春风暖，好花叫你喜心怀”这首歌的时候，我为自己能生在海南岛，活在海南岛而自豪。

　　看!碧波万顷的南海上，一颗璀璨的明珠冉冉上升。这里的天比别处的更可爱，空气是那么清新，天空是那么明朗。海滨风光旖旎秀丽，东郊椰林美不胜收。大东海、鹿回头、天涯海角、大小洞天……美景不胜枚举，让人流连忘返;琼台书院、东坡书院、洑波古庙……名胜古迹数不胜数。

　　海南宝岛，你不悔是“东方的夏威夷”，是地球村中的一块净土。2010年1月4日，国务院发布了《关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》。从此，“建设海南国际旅游岛”的主旋律唱响了宝岛大地，一首《请到天涯海角来》不正唱出了宝岛的魅力吗?

　　我曾多次问自己：我是新时代的少先队员，是“国际旅游岛”建设中的小使者，我该做些什么呢?

　　时代告诉我们，小学生在日常的生活和学习中，要从自己言谈举止的每一个细节入手，自觉履行我们应当遵守的文明礼仪。也许有人说，文明礼仪不就是说几句礼貌用语吗?其实不然，文明礼仪对于整个社会的风气，对于我们自身内在修养所起到的潜移默化作用是不可估量的。

　　那么，在建设国际旅游岛的今天，我们将向世界展示一种怎样的风采呢?当然，我想在座的同学们都会不约而同地齐声回答——我们将向全世界展现出我们祖国、我们海南应当具有的优良传统和文明礼仪!而要做到这一点，就离不开我们平时在日常生活中逐渐养成的“懂礼貌，讲礼仪”的良好行为规范。

　　“文明礼仪”从我做起，从小事做起。这个学期，我们学校执行了每天三次大扫除，经常对学生进行文明礼仪教育，还请专家到学校做了多次《文明礼仪知识》教育讲座。我相信，经过我们全体师生共同努力，一定会营造出一个文明美好的校园。古人说得好：“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”

　　文明行为，贵在日常的实践。我希望我们每个同学，都能够积极参加到学校和社会组织的各种文明礼仪的宣传活动和实践活动中来，为宝岛的明天尽自己的一份绵薄之力，让来自五湖四海的朋友都记住这个宝岛，爱上这个宝岛。

　　大家好!

　　我是xx班的颜妍，我演讲的题目是《文明礼仪在我心中》。

　　众所周知，我们中华民族素有“礼仪之邦”的美称，从古至今，源远流长。孔子曾说过“不学礼，无以立。”意思是说：不学会礼仪礼貌，就难以有立身之处。作为小学生，我们除了勤奋学习知识练好本领外，更重要的是从小要养成良好的行为习惯，要继承、发扬中华民族传统美德，要做一名礼貌待人、遵规守纪、严于律己、懂文明的好学生，因为光有知识本领还不够，只有成为一个身心健康全面发展的人，才能成长为对社会对祖国有用的人才。 　　　文明礼仪在我们的生活中无处不在，很多不经意间发生的事，就足以反映一个人的道德品质，哪怕是一件毫不起眼的小事，一个微不足道的行动。“敬人者，人恒敬之;爱人者，人恒爱之。”也就是说：仁爱的人爱别人，礼让的人尊敬别人。爱别人的人，别人也经常爱他;尊敬别人的人，别人也经常尊敬他。当我们感到食堂里的饭菜不可口时，应该想到“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”从而绝不浪费粮食;当我们到某个景点旅游时，应该想到保持公共场所的卫生、清洁工的辛苦，从而绝不乱丢垃圾;当我们坐公交车看到有老人、小孩时，应该想到尊老爱幼，主动让座位;当我们走进图书馆时，应该想到给大家一个安静的环境，绝不能大声喧哗，借书要讲诚信，有借有还;当我们到公园游玩时，应该想到一花一草一木都有生命、带给人美感，绝不能践踏和采摘。

　　在座的同学中可能大多是独生子女，可以想象，在几个大人围着一个小孩转的环境中，我们过惯了衣来伸手、饭来张口的舒心日子，养成了以自我为中心的毛病，认为长辈们的付出是理所当然的。记得学校曾开展过“给父母洗脚”的活动，我给爸爸洗脚时，高大魁梧的爸爸却有些扭扭捏捏不好意思，抚摸着爸爸那布满厚茧有些粗糙的双脚，我不禁热泪盈眶，想到爸爸为了工作奔波、为了接送我脚步不停，为了我甘心付出他全部的爱，而我仅仅只是为他洗一次脚而以……从那以后，我懂得了“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”这句话的意思。给爸爸洗脚，表达了我的孝心，让爸爸感受到了温暖;遇见老师，主动说一声“老师好”，让老师拥有一天的好心情;遇到灾区小朋友需要帮助，为他们慷慨解囊，让他们感受到爱心;操场上有同学摔倒了，伸出援助之手，让他感受到同学之间的友谊……

　　文明礼仪不仅能给社会、给他人带来愉快、和谐，也能创造充满爱心和阳光的环境，还能给自己带来快乐。同学们，让我们行动起来吧!把文明礼仪深深地刻在我们每个人的心中，做一个爱文明，讲礼貌的好学生吧!
