有关美味菠萝蛋糕的英语食谱

　　小时候不是很喜欢吃水果，但却非常喜欢吃水果罐头，甜甜的软软的水果，装在透明的玻璃瓶里，随着瓶子的晃动在汁水里了摇曳，小编今天就给大家带来了美味菠萝蛋糕英语食谱小知识

　　Ingredients:

　　1 tin Pineapple rings

　　1罐菠萝圈

　　½ cup Pineapple juice

　　1/2杯罐头菠萝汁

　　125 g Margarine

　　125克植物牛油

　　1 cup Sugar

　　1杯砂糖

　　2 cup All-purpose flour

　　2杯中筋粉

　　7 g Baking powder

　　7克发酵粉

　　2 Eggs

　　2个鸡蛋

　　½ tsp Vanilla extract

　　1/2小勺香草精

　　½ tsp Powdered sugar

　　1/2小勺糖粉

　　Method:

　　1. Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice for the later use. Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.

　　把菠萝罐头中的菠萝拿出沥干，菠萝汁备用，将烤箱预热到200°C。

　　2. Mix well all the ingredients except pineapple rings in a mixing bowl.

　　将除了菠萝之外的所有材料混合。

　　3. Pour the batter into the greased 10 inch spring form, arrange the pineapple rings on the top.

　　把面糊倒入一个抹油的10寸的烤模里。把菠萝片轻轻铺在面糊上。

　　4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool the cake in the pan for 5 minutes then dust the top with powdered sugar.

　　入预热的烤箱烘烤25分钟。烤好后，稍微晾凉5分钟左右吧，然后可以洒些糖粉在蛋糕处。
