英语读书笔记1
I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It’s pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the he-ro-in-e,though I didn’t think she’s beautiful. But she’s smart. However, I didn’t pay much attention to the plot. I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I’m a prejudiced person so I can’t find where’s wrong.
I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway's most enduring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played a great part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.
I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.
Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre. My first impression of this story was from screen.
It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the

Maybe you have seen the novel before -The Little Prince, or not. Tonight, I’m so happy to share with you about my feeling after I have seen it. Actually, I’m deeply attracted, touched by the protagonist of the story: the pure & innocent little prince.
After leaving his home planet and his beloved rose, the little prince journeys around the universe, ending up on earth. Before the prince lands on earth, the prince hops from one neighbouring planet to another. On each planet, the prince meets a different type of adult and reveals frivolities and weakness.(other than the fifth figure ,I think ,it seems the lamplighter’s selfless devotion to his orders earns him the little prince’s admiration.)Once on earth, however, the little prince becomes a student as well as a teacher .From his friend “the fox”, the little prince learns three important lessons: Only the heart can see correctly; The prince’s time away from his planet has made him appreciate his rose more; Love entails-responsibility . And in turn, he passed on those lessons to the narrators before.
At last, there is a screen depict the novel. It’s when the railway switchman works for enormous trains that rush back and forth. Everybody has an experience of a journey, but the rushed voyages never result in happiness because as the switchman informs the princes, people are never happy where they are. Also the train trains rush at each other from opposite direction, suggesting the efforts grown-ups make are contradictory and purposeless. As for the children, they see that the journey is more important than the destination and press their faces the window on their journey, taking in the scenery. So sometimes the efforts we did make our lot better is futile.

The novel tells us that the best people to increase the dignity of life is love. Novels by the end of the row that this is such a life. Although I think this kind of outcome is too perfect, so perfect a little superficial, but I still respect this author The ideal of a better kind of life. Is to increase the dignity of love. In modern society, few people will like Jane Eyre, for the love for the character and abandon all, and without looking back.'s Whole-hearted pursuit of pay, and pure like a glaof ice water ……
Let me tell what I feel after reading the great work Jane Erye.I was really move by Jane Erye after closing the book.What a kind and good woman!Mrs Eyre had a heart of gold.She really loved everyone around her,and gave others help sincerely(真诚地)。She respected herself and did her best to do everything.I really love her.She are both a great teacher and a good friend of mine.Sometimes when I am confuse，I will think of her.I will imagine what will she do if she is I.Why not read Jane Erye my friends!

This winter, I read the book of Robinson Crusoe, their captors.
Article describes multiple sailing in the whole island, Crusoe masters of extraordinary survival 28 years experience, strive for survival, show the ingenuity and a man with indomitable perseverance in the face of hardship persistent existence desire, the lonely and eager to rescue the mood.
In a lonely island overcome Robinson was done with fear, a savage and said he was "on Friday, they get along with each other, then built on Friday, Crusoe one kind of warm friendship." I also enjoy the disclosure of the business concept: Crusoe each sailing and adventure has clear commercial purpose, with his own property and calculating profit, he will also oneself life the island is his territory, in addition to reveal its economic thought, I admire John Robinson's rich, more learning his strong initiative and spirit of adventure, early efforts, hard work, and perfect kindness thought!
