为什么各个级别的总分不一样?
以中级为例，此前，剑桥考试中心全系列考试都把CEFR(欧洲共同参考框架，业内简称"欧标")作为测试结果标准。CEFR将语言能力从低到高依次划分为A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2六个等级(如下图)。
但是，剑桥考试中心为了更加具体地体现表现考生的水平，把这六个等级细化成了80-230分的一把“尺子”，所以BEC各个级别的难度就在这把“尺子”上分布。我们可以看到，通过中级的考生(Grade A B C)，他们的分数都在160-190之间。
那么B1和B2证书有什么用?
在BEC商务英语成绩说明中有一项B1和B2成绩，很多同学对这个成绩非常困惑，不知道B1和B2有什么用，对留学、求职、升迁有没有用。下面小森结合剑桥大学外语考试部的官方说明，为大家做一个简单的解读。

由上图可知，BEC考试的B1成绩对应雅思成绩4-5分，B2成绩对应雅思5.5-6.5分。根据英国和欧洲等国对于留学申请的英文水平要求，B2及以上成绩即可申请留学签证。

Who Benefits Most from Company Training?
According to recent research, the better educated and the higher up the socio?economic scale you are, the more likely you are to be offered workplace training.
