托福独立写作的失分原因
不知是否因为受习惯上“人靠衣装，马靠鞍”的说法，大多数中国考生在完成英文作文时把重心都投入到文章用词用句的“奢侈华丽”上了，以为只有用了高级复杂的句式或是长单词才能给考官传达“英文功底深厚”的信号。长此以往，慢慢被自己卷进复杂冗长的句子中去，“并列句中套有定语从句，外加一个伴随”等等不难找到，但事实上，在这个“陷阱”里，真正失利的却正是我们的考生。而相反的，如果能在英文写作时注意句子长短相结合搭配，不仅有清爽的感觉，反倒还更抑扬顿挫，令考官的批阅由“纠结”变成为“享受”，如此一来，想不高分都难。
