Second, it helps us to memorize what we have learned in class by reading aloud in the morning.Third, it can help us to find enough time to prepare our work of the day. In one word, if we stick to getting up early every day, it will do us a lot of good.

世界变得越来越小了The world's getting smaller
Most of us may have such experiences: when we are far away from the city we live in, we tend to think we know nobody there. But chances are that we may run into one of our old classmates, or friends on the street. At that moment, we would cry out: "What a small world!"
Why is the world getting smaller and smaller? For one thing, modern technology has made various means of transportation more and more advanced. Buses, trains planes, taxis, ships are available in most cities of the world. They carry goods and passengers to and from every corner of the world. For another, with the development of the society, people are contacting with one another more frequently. Everyday we must come across a lot of people known or unknown to us. The more advanced a society is, the more contacts with others we make.
So we draw the conclusion that as long as technology makes progress, the world will be getting smaller and smaller.
